Each Therapist takes care of their own billing, booking and re-booking patients, therefore the fees may vary.
Antje Hope, RMT
Antje graduated with a diploma in Massage Therapy from WCCMT. During her studies she has worked with the Vancouver White Caps, Canuck Place Children’s Hospice, GF Strong, BC Women’s Hospital and at many Senior Homes, to gain a wide verity of experiences. Antje offers a unique and personalized approach to her patients, incorporating many different modalities into her treatment plan. Each person is unique and needs to be treated individually. Using a combination of proper assessment, treatment, exercises / stretches, home care and patient education will help you to be empowered to get better. Antje has taken extensive training in Visceral Manipulation Level 1-4, Neural Manipulation Level 1-3, Visceral Manipulation Listening, Lymphatic Balance Upper and Lower Body, Taping for Sports Injuries, Energy Balancing for Musculoskeletal system .
Antje has been a Registered Yoga Teacher EYT - 500 hr and Personal Trainer for over 20 years and has extensive training in rehabilitation. She also holds a 3 year degree in Ayurveda Medicine. In her free time she loves being in nature, travelling and spending time with her family and dogs.

Paula graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2018. During her studies she was fortunate to gain a diverse range of treatment experiences including outreach opportunities at Canuck Place Children’s Hospice, George Pearson Centre, Royal Columbian Maternity Unit / NICU, as well as hands-on treatment of patients with neurological conditions, anxiety, depression, sports injuries, postural dysfunction, muscle imbalances, and more.
Paula utilizes various techniques such as diaphragmatic breathing, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, neuromuscular techniques, trigger point therapy, as well as utilizing Swedish massage to weave it all together in a flowing and relaxing manner. She is enthusiastic and committed to helping her patients achieve their health and wellness goals through treatment, homecare, and patient education.
As a busy mother of two, Paula is grateful to live and practice in her community of Maple Ridge, BC. She enjoys staying current in her field of practice through ongoing evidence-based research and continuing education. Paula graduated from the 3000 hour program at WCCMT New Westminster and completed her Board Exams in 2012. In addition, she completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training from Kushala Yoga that same year. Paula recently completed a 2 year Biodynamic Fascial Integration (BFI) program and is looking forward to getting back in to the classroom as a Teaching Assistant in the Fall of 2024.
Past injuries and a passion for learning have fuelled Paula's interest in helping her patients achieve and maintain healthy lifestyles. Paula believes that maintaining open communication and involving the patient in determining a treatment program is vital for them to achieve the best results. Osteopathic Techniques, Visceral Manipulation, Craniosacral Therapy, Joint Mobilization, and Stretching are modalities often utilized in treatments provided by Paula.
In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family, reading, cooking, knitting, and practicing yoga.

Hi, I’m Taylor! I graduated West Coast College of Massage Therapy in August 2022. Before starting my massage therapy journey, I received a B.A. degree in biology and sport’s studies from Bishop’s University, Lennoxville, Quebec.
I have gained experience working with a variety of patients. Among the patients I worked with, I’ve treated conditions such as rotator cuff injury, whiplash, strains, MS, Parkinson’s, breast reduction, mastectomies, pre/post natal just to name a few.
As a health care practitioner my goal is to assist you on your journey back to health and wellness, as well as making it a safe space. To do this I will provide a specific treatment plan catered solely to you.

Jen has been practicing massage therapy since 2004, started teaching yoga in 2015, and obtained certification with the International Association of Yoga Therapists in 2021. She is a graduate of the 3000-hour massage therapy program at WCCMT in New Westminster, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Science. Jen provides massage therapy with (or without) hot stones, is certified in level 2 Stecco fascial manipulation, and incorporates breath patterning practices focussed on self-regulation.

Kate is excited to offer holistic services at Fern Massage Therapy Clinic. A registered nurse for over 35 yrs, she actively integrates current concepts of holistic health, primary prevention, and health promotion into her practice.
Kate is certified as a Holistic Nurse Coach and is a lead student advisor with the Canadian Institute of Integrative Nursing Development & Education. She is also a certified advanced energy healing practitioner.
For the past 10 years, her passion for supporting nurses to develop holistic self-care has been shared with all of her clients. She will help you create and implement an individualized, holistic self-care program to support resilience and healing from burnout, or to add to your established self-care routine. She also teaches grounding and mindfulness practices, offering nervous system self regulation techniques designed to support your journey physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
Kate’s unique holistic practice honours her clients’ core values, cultural beliefs, and existing medical team approaches.
